How does returns work at Sieradenbycelin?

You can order the item(s) with the exception of opened, worn earrings within 14 days return after receipt.

- Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered or the package is lost.

- You send your package within 14 days of receipt.

- When you place an order above €100, shipping within the Netherlands is free. If you decide to return items and the value of the order is therefore less than € 100, we are forced to deduct the free shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. This example also applies to all other countries such as: Belgium, Germany and France.

- The returns form can be found at the bottom of this page. This must be completed in full and included with the return.

- The item(s) you want to return must meet our return conditions.

- Items excluded from returns are bikinis, earrings and hair accessories. This is due to hygiene.

- You can choose which transport you use to send your return. This is at your own expense. Please note that as a company we do not go to pick-up locations. It must be sent directly to us.

Return costs for Klarna orders:

- Once your order has been paid with Klarna and this order is returned to us, we charge a return fee of €1.25 processing costs.

When can I expect my money back?

- We will do everything we can to process your return as quickly as possible once we have received it. We will do this within 7 working days. Once we have processed the return, you will receive the money back into your account within 1-3 working days. This is done under the name: Mollie Payments. Did you choose the Klarna option? Then this will of course be changed in your Klarna account.

- It is important that your return meets our return conditions. Make sure you read this carefully on the return form.

- If the return does not meet our conditions, we will keep your return for 7 days. Then you can contact us to receive it back at your expense. If we don't hear anything within these 7 days, we can no longer help you.

What about the warranty?

- Sieradenbycelin offers a 14-day warranty on the items if something is wrong. We do not offer a washing guarantee on our items. Once an item has been worn, we cannot be held liable.

- Could something have arrived incorrectly, or is there a production error? Then you have 24 hours to report this to us. We would also like to receive a photo of this. After 24 hours of receipt, we cannot do anything for you and we can no longer offer a warranty after those 24 hours.

- Sieradenbycelin does not guarantee scratches or damaged (corners) on bags.

- Sieradenbycelin does not give a guarantee on clothing with holes in it.
